Support and Backoffice


At the Support and Backoffice department there is always something going on! Here we manage and investigate incoming questions from customers. We have a team of both first and secondline support.

The department also are operating the Backoffice services, such as system administration or extended support on weekends.

It’s a both fun and intense department to be part of, and helping every customer is always very rewarding.
